Nearly 2 years and two false starts later, I finally have my Sun Java Programmer certification. I personally don’t put much stock in certificaions—having interviewed my share of clueless certified programmers—but my company does, and they’re the ones paying my bills.
I’m glad to have that monkey off my back though. I can finally get back to reading non-Java books without feeling guilty. Like say, Quicksilver, which I’ve been “reading” for the last 6 months or so.
